The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating work teams, and ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards and project requirements. This role acts as the link between management and workers, maintaining workflow, quality, and discipline on site.
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of workers and subcontractors.
Plan and organize work schedules to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Inspect ongoing work to verify quality, accuracy, and adherence to project plans.
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members when needed.
Report progress, issues, and resource needs to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
Maintain records of attendance, materials used, and work completed.
Promote a safe, efficient, and professional work environment.
Proven experience as a Supervisor, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or industrial projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to interpret blueprints, schedules, and technical documents.
Problem-solving mindset and decision-making ability under pressure.
Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Driving license and flexibility to work on multiple sites (advantage).
