**Responsibilities:**
โข Prepare and cook pub classics, grilled meats, and traditional dishes
โข Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
โข Manage grill station and cooking times during busy periods
โข Maintain proper food handling and safety standards
โข Prepare ingredients and mise en place for service
โข Work with the kitchen team to deliver excellent food
โข Keep work area clean and organized
โข Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
**Requirements:**
โข 2+ years of cooking experience in pubs, restaurants, or similar
โข Strong grill cooking skills and knowledge of pub cuisine
โข Ability to work efficiently under pressure
โข Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
โข Team player with good communication skills
โข Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
