The Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating teams involved in interior construction projects, particularly those related to pavements, flooring, and concrete surfaces, while also applying expertise gained from road building and infrastructure projects. This role ensures that all construction activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with technical standards and project deadlines.
Supervise daily site operations for pavement and flooring installation, including concrete and asphalt works.
Coordinate teams of workers, ensuring tasks are distributed effectively and completed on schedule.
Interpret and implement construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Oversee quality control, material usage, and adherence to project specifications.
Monitor and enforce safety regulations and best practices on site.
Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
Troubleshoot technical or logistical issues to maintain workflow continuity.
Record daily progress, material consumption, and workforce reports.
Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in pavement or road construction.
Knowledge of concrete finishing, paving techniques, and related materials.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Practical understanding of construction safety procedures and site management.
Driving license and readiness to work in various site conditions.
