SC RIVERSIDE SRL is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our main kitchen team. Located on the scenic banks of the Danube River in Galaศi, our restaurant is renowned for exceptional dining experiences and quality cuisine.
**Responsibilities:**
โข Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to our menu standards
โข Manage your section of the kitchen efficiently and professionally
โข Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste meet our high standards
โข Supervise and train junior kitchen staff and apprentices
โข Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
โข Assist in menu planning and creation of daily specials
โข Control portion sizes and minimize food waste
โข Work collaboratively with the head chef and kitchen team
**Requirements:**
โข Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a chef in a professional kitchen
โข Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional training
โข Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
โข Understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations
โข Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
โข Creativity and passion for culinary arts
โข Team player with good communication skills
